WHAT ARE YOUR STORE HOURS?
We are open Monday through Saturday from 9am to 8pm, and Sunday 9am to 6pm.
WHAT ARE YOUR HOLIDAY HOURS?
We are open normal hours on most holidays. We are closed on Christmas Day. Please call the store at 480-588-8802 to inquire about a particular holiday or you may Submit Inquiry Form.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are located at 8475 S Emerald Dr in Tempe, at Warner & the I-10 freeway, across from Ikea. Click here for Driving Directions.
DO YOU ACCEPT FFL TRANSFERS?
Yes. The cost for an incoming transfer is $40 for the first firearm and $20 for each additional firearm transferred on the same form; the cost for our members is $20 per firearm. If you need a copy of our FFL for a transfer, please contact us at email@example.com. Please do not call the store to request an FFL be sent, only emailed requests will be addressed.
MY TRACKING INFORMATION SAYS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED. CAN I COME PICK IT UP?
Depending on volume of merchandise/packages received, it may take up to 1 business day (Monday through Friday) to properly log and enter your item into our system. Receiving tracking notification that your package has arrived does not imply that it has been processed. You will be contacted as soon as it is ready. Please verify that you have a valid phone number and email on file with the sender.
DO YOU HAVE AGE RESTRICTIONS?
You must be 21 or over to use the range, or accompanied by someone over 21. Some rental firearms have a minimum age of 16. If you have further questions, you may Submit Inquiry Form.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO USE THE RANGE?
Our range fees are $15 per person, per hour on the Pistol Lanes, and $20 per person, per hour on Rifle Lanes (may be used for rifle, pistol, and shotgun). We now offer advanced lane reservations for a $10 up charge fee, Pistol Lane is $25 and Rifle Lane is $30. ARE THERE ANY LANE & AMMO RESTRICTIONS?
Yes, there is a limit of three shooters per lane, so please schedule multiple lanes accordingly. Shooters may not use steel-cored, bi-metal jacketed, tracer or penetrative ammunition. We do not allow muzzle loader or black powder firearms.
DO YOU OFFER LAW ENFORCEMENT OR MILITARY DISCOUNTS?
We do offer law enforcement and military discounts on range time. Ask your cashier for details.
IT’S MY BIRTHDAY; DO I GET A DISCOUNT?
We do not offer birthday discounts at this time.
DO YOU HAVE A LADIES DAY?
Yes, on Mondays from 2pm-close, ladies will get free range time.
CAN I BRING MY OWN TARGETS?
Unfortunately, we do not allow outside targets to be used on our range. All targets must be purchased from us.
WHAT CALIBERS ARE ALLOWED ON THE RANGE?
We can accept rifle and pistol calibers up to a .308. Shotgun birdshot, buckshot and slugs are all okay, but birdshot pellets must be size #6 or larger.
CAN I BRING MY OWN AMMUNITION?
If you bring your own firearms, you may use your own ammunition. If you are using one of our rental firearms, you must purchase our ammunition to use in them. We do not allow the following types of ammunition, as it is not safe to shoot on our range: steel cored, bi-metal jacketed, tracer or penetrative ammunition. Please note that steel-cased ammunition is okay to shoot, as long as the projectile portion of the bullet is non-magnetic.
WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM DISTANCE ON THE RANGE?
Our pistol lanes go to 50 ft, and our rifle lanes go to 75 ft.
WHAT IS THE YOUR CLASS POLICY?
Class purchases, including same day registration (make sure you allow plenty of driving time to arrive on time), are non-refundable unless your class is cancelled. No refunds on late arrivals. You may reschedule to another class or apply your payment to a different class with 24 hours advanced notice. Classes may be cancelled at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. If your class is cancelled, you may reschedule to another date, apply your payment to a different class or request a refund.
DO YOU HAVE COMPETITIVE MATCHES OR COMPETITIVE LEAGUES AT C2 TACTICAL?
Yes! We have a competitive match every Wednesday night at 6pm, and we host the Glock Shooting Sports Foundation League Matches throughout the year. Click here for more information.
DO I NEED TO DO ANYTHING BEFORE COMPETING IN A MATCH?
For our Wednesday night matches, you must first take a holster qualification class, held every Wednesday before the match. The class starts at 5:15pm and costs $20. You will need 25 rounds and a strong-side holster in order to complete the class. Click here for more information.
DOES IT COST ANYTHING TO COMPETE?
Our Wednesday night and GSSF matches cost $15 to participate. You will need to complete a one-time holster qualification class for $20 before competing in Wednesday night matches; it is not required to compete in GSSF matches.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO COMPETE?
Our Wednesday night matches require a strong-side holster (no shoulder or small-of-back holsters are permitted), a double magazine carrier and three magazines, and at least 50 rounds.
IS THERE A DRESS CODE FOR THE MATCHES?
There is no dress code, but we strongly recommend close-toed, sturdy shoes, as the various stages frequently require movement.
DO I HAVE TO BE A MEMBER OF THE GSSF TO PARTICIPATE IN THE GLOCK SHOOTING SPORTS FOUNDATION LEAGUE MATCH?
You must be a member of the GSSF to participate in the GSSF Matches, but we have applications that you can complete during the match sign-up. Just show up a little early to complete the paperwork. GSSF accepts credit/debit cards or personal checks for payment of membership dues.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO JOIN THE GSSF?
Membership pricing is available on the GSSF website at www.gssfonline.com. Please note that the “Register for a Match” option on their website does not apply to the Indoor League Matches held at C2 Tactical.
CAN I SIGN UP AHEAD OF TIME FOR A MATCH?
Sign-up for all matches at C2 Tactical takes place immediately before the match. Just show up 15-30 minutes early to complete your paperwork. Unfortunately, we cannot accept payment or registration for matches more than 1 hour early.
The family upgrade includes a spouse/significant other and any children living at home under the age of 21. If you would like to include older children or other family members, The Squad Package may be a better choice. You may click to learn more about all our Membership packages.
IF I AM A MEMBER, HOW MUCH DOES IT COST FOR ME TO BRING A GUEST IN TO SHOOT?
Guests of our members pay a reduced range fee of $10 per person per hour on either the pistol or rifle range.
IF I AM A MEMBER OF A SQUAD, DOES MY 10% DISCOUNT INCLUDE FIREARMS?
The 10% discount is good for select merchandise such as holsters, range bags, clothing and other shooting accessories. It does not apply to firearms or ammunition.
